Information for My Parents and Me ...
Helmet
Helmets are not compulsory for beginner children. However, for my own safety, my ski instructor strongly recommends that I wear one!
Ski poles
I only need ski poles from my second ski course onwards.
Ski pass
I need a ski pass if I am older than 6. My parents should keep my child identification card handy just in case. I must carry my ski pass with me every day.
Equipment
My parents have already prepared weatherproof winter clothing, sunscreen and sunglasses for me. A two-piece ski outfit is more practical for me than an overall.
Ski course ticket
I must always carry my valid ski course ticket and valid ski pass with me.
Mobile phone number
Just in case, I carry my parents’ mobile phone number with me and can give it to my ski instructor.
Ski storage
The free children’s ski storage facility is open daily until 3:45 pm. For organisational reasons, we kindly ask parents to leave their children’s skis there no later than 3:45 pm.
Our daily schedule at the Ski School
by 9:45 am
Take the 8-seater gondola up independently; you and your parents should arrive at the ski school hut to the right of the mountain station by 9:45 am.
9:45–10:00 am
Warm-up with BOBO!!! (On Sundays and Mondays, the warm-up does not take place due to group allocation – group allocation begins 30 minutes before the course starts.)
10:00–11:45 am
Ski course: we practise on the beginners’ slope, on the piste or between the slalom gates!
11:45 am Lunch break:
Your parents collect you from the ski school hut at the mountain station.
1:00–1:15 pm
During this time, your parents bring you back to your ski instructor.
1:15–3:15 pm
Ski course: skiing and fun on the slopes!
3:15–3:30 pm
Your parents collect you again! You can also store your skis in our depot free of charge overnight (please take your ski poles back down to the valley).
