Important Information About Your Order

If a group is reduced to fewer than 4 participants, we reserve the right to merge it with another group or reduce the number of lesson hours.

Due to flexible organisation, instructors may change several times.

We accept no liability for accidents occurring during or before ski lessons. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.

Refunds due to injury or illness are only possible upon presentation of a medical certificate issued by a local doctor. Only unused days will be refunded based on the corresponding price difference.

Lessons cancelled due to weather conditions or force majeure will not be refunded. Private lessons take place in all weather conditions. Course tickets are non-transferable. Unused course days will expire.

All deliveries and services provided by the ski school based on online orders placed via the internet or other online services are subject to these terms and conditions.

Content of the Online Offering

The ski school/ski rental company (hereinafter referred to as the "Author") assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the Author relating to material or non-material damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information are generally excluded, unless the Author can be proven to have acted intentionally or with gross negligence.

All offers are subject to change and non-binding. The Author expressly reserves the right to modify, supplement or delete parts of the website or the entire offering without prior notice, or to suspend or permanently discontinue publication.

If you are unable to take your holiday, you may cancel your course free of charge up to 72 hours in advance!

References and Links

In the case of direct or indirect references to external websites ("links") that lie outside the Author’s area of responsibility, liability would only arise if the Author were aware of the content and if it were technically possible and reasonable for the Author to prevent its use in the event of unlawful content.

The Author hereby expressly declares that no illegal content was identifiable on the linked pages at the time the links were created. The Author has no influence whatsoever over the current or future design, content or authorship of the linked pages. The Author therefore expressly distances itself from all content on linked pages that has been changed after the links were created. This statement applies to all links and references contained within the Author’s own website, as well as to third-party entries in guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists established by the Author.

The provider of the website to which reference is made bears sole responsibility for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and, in particular, for any damage arising from the use or non-use of such information. Responsibility does not lie with the party who merely refers to the respective publication by means of links.

Copyright and Trademark Law

The Author endeavours to respect the copyrights of all graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts used in all publications, to use graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts created by the Author, or to make use of licence-free graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts.

All brand names and trademarks mentioned within the online offering, including those protected by third parties, are subject without restriction to the provisions of the applicable trademark laws and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. The mere mention of a trademark does not imply that it is not protected by third-party rights.

The copyright for published content created by the Author remains solely with the Author of the website. Reproduction or use of such graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the Author’s express consent.

Booking and Reservation of Ski and Snowboard Courses

The use of cable cars and ski lifts is not included in the course fee. The ski school does not provide compensation for lesson time lost due to cable car or ski lift closures.

Rental and Reservation of Ski and Snowboard Equipment

Each renter is responsible for returning the equipment in proper condition and is liable up to the retail value of the rented products.

The rental company is entitled to request security in the form of a deposited document (passport, identity card or driving licence) or a security deposit. The provision of security shall not be regarded as a possible purchase price for the equipment.
