Product information "3-day adult ski course + ski rental"

The ski course for anyone who has never been on skis before. Over three days, you will learn straight running, the snowplough and your first turns – until you can confidently make snowplough turns. Lessons take place for four hours each day, in the morning and afternoon, in groups of 4 to 12 people.

Your equipment is provided by our partner Rent and Go: skis, ski boots and poles are included in the package, and a helmet can be rented on site. You decide how long you need the rental equipment – from 3 to 7 days. This means you can continue skiing on your own after the course without having to return to the shop.

Important: The ski rental is located in the valley, directly by the Hochzillertal cable car below the Postalm. Address: Untere Embergstraße 2, 6272 Kaltenbach

GETTING USED TO THE SKI EQUIPMENT
Getting accustomed to the equipment and the restricted range of movement while wearing ski equipment. Walking, gliding and climbing on gently varied terrain.
GLIDING AND STRAIGHT-RUNNING EXERCISES
Maintaining balance while gliding
SNOWPLOUGH
Gliding with the skis in a snowplough position – learning how to brake and stop.
SNOWPLOUGH TURNS
Skiing downhill while changing direction
